In 2025, we rebranded to reflect our belief that lawyers’ careers and personal lives are deeply connected. As lawyers’ priorities shift, lawyers often need to move to a new firm in order to thrive. We help lawyers and law firms find the fit where they can thrive together.

Why the name Thrive? Attorneys seeking new opportunities have key preferences—geographic location, compensation, billable hours, practice focus, and firm size. Likewise, law firms looking to hire have their own preferences in hiring criteria—including experience level, practice expertise, and portable business expectations.
The intersection of these preferences is where both attorneys and law firms thrive. Our passion is helping guide attorneys and firms to find that sweet spot or perfect fit.
As attorneys grow, their priorities shift. Early in their careers, maximizing compensation and repaying student loans may be the focus. Later, they might prioritize business development, work-life balance, or family responsibilities—whether caring for children, aging parents, or other loved ones.
Thriving professionally isn’t static; it shifts with life’s changes. Sometimes, continuing to thrive means making a strategic move to
a different law firm. We’re here to help attorneys navigate those transitions with confidence.
